TrackFit ("we", "our", "the app") is a personal fitness tracking app. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Who we are
TrackFit is developed and operated by Matej Šebora, an individual developer, as an independent app. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at get.trackfit.app@gmail.com.
What information we collect

| Fitness & health data | Activity type, duration, distance, pace, heart rate, calories burned, body weight, and hydration, all entered or recorded by you to track your training |
| Account identifiers | A unique user ID (via Supabase) used to keep your data private and separate from other users |
We do not collect your contacts, photos, browsing history, or any data unrelated to fitness tracking. We do not use TrackFit to show you ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How we store and protect your data
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our backend and database provider. Access to your personal data is restricted to your account only, enforced through database-level security rules (Row Level Security), so other users cannot see or modify your data.
How we use your data
- To show you your own activity history, statistics and progress charts
- To suggest food and nutrition options based on calories burned and your stated goal
- To let you sign in securely across sessions and devices
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Third-party services
TrackFit uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase, for authentication and data storage
- Google Sign-In (optional), if you choose to log in with your Google account
- Open-Meteo, to show current weather during outdoor activities (no personal data is sent, only approximate location coordinates for the weather lookup)
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at get.trackfit.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, and we will remove it.
Children's privacy
TrackFit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
